This website (downtownavenue.newlaunch.co.in) is operated by Homelocale Realty, a real-estate agent registered with MahaRERA (No. A51700004044), to share information about Godrej Downtown Avenue, a project by Godrej Properties. It is not the developer's official website.
What we collect
Only what you type into an enquiry form: your name, mobile number, e-mail (optional) and the configuration you are interested in, together with the page you were on and the advertising campaign that brought you here (for example a Google Ads click identifier), so we can answer your enquiry and measure our advertising.
How we use it
To call, message (SMS or WhatsApp) or e-mail you about Godrej Downtown Avenue: prices, floor plans, availability and site visits. By submitting a form you consent to this contact, including when your number is registered on a Do Not Disturb list. We do not sell your details. We share them only with the project's developer or their authorised sales team when that is needed to answer your enquiry.
Cookies and analytics
The site itself sets no cookies. We use Microsoft Advertising's UET tag to measure our Microsoft (Bing) ads, which may set cookies under Microsoft's policies; on a browser set to a European time zone it starts without advertising cookies. Your browser keeps the campaign that brought you here for 90 days so we can attribute your enquiry correctly.
Your rights
You may ask us to correct or delete your details at any time by writing to info@newlaunch.co.in. We keep enquiry details for as long as the project is being marketed and as the law requires.
